I looked to her for a special gift for the hubby for Valentines Day this year. (I was so anxious I actually gave it to him early, and it was a huge hit)

My adorable husband, hands down would choose his dads special eggplant parmesan.
We have tried for years to have him teach us how to make it, but it usually turns into him taking over in the kitchen, which is fine because the end result is pure heaven!
I wanted my hubby to have a piece of this special recipe forever, enter Small Home Design.
She took his handwritten recipe and made it into a kitchen towel!
I love the fact it is his own handwriting!
I made sure he signed the bottom!
