Happy Doodles Review And Giveaway

Ok mommas admit it, does it break your heart to throw away doodles, drawings, projects or anything hand made by your little ones???? I know it does mine! I can't even imagine the amount of stuff ill have to store once our oldest starts school.

I blame this obsession first on love, and second on my mom, and third on Grandma. I think my mom has saved every single drawing my sister and I made in school. I remember a cabinet, in our bright tangerine colored laundry room filled with stack and stacks of artwork, ceramic christmas trees, and turkeys and other misc creations we made. She also encouraged us to write frequently to my Grandma who lived in Ohio and along with the letter we would send a drawing. My grandma has since moved back to florida, and a few years ago all my artwork came back with her. I remember one year for christmas, when I was in my 20's, she gave me back a tree creation, you know the ones you make with a straw and a dab of ink and you blew it to form the tree. She had it framed for me and my first thought was "what in the world am I supposed to do with this?"

I fear my boys will look back one day and think Im a crazy person and "what am I supposed to do with all this art work". Wellllll problem solved!

enter HAPPY DOODLES! giving kids artwork life and purpose!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this idea!!!

The day Nu's creation was born we stopped at steak and shake, it took almost 25 mins for our food to arrive, we burned through all the snacks I had in my bag, a couple of apps on my phone even a few rounds of toddler tick tack toe. Then he started drawing little people, lately his "people" have lots of arms, and really big heads. He named this guy "Nickel". He says "he's a really nice friend". Nu is 3.

This is Nus drawing
I saved his drawing, because thats what moms do, we save random menu backs just to remember the creations our little ones make. When I discovered Happy Doodles I knew I had the perfect drawing to make into a stuffed toy. "Nickel"

He was so excited to open his package.

Hes in love!
She also included a keychain sized
doodle, which little bro thinks
is just for him.

When I saw this my eyes watered, it is so special and something I know we will keep forever.

Happy doodles can come in large 18 inches, or medium 12 inches. They are printed on soft cotton, the printed design does not change the feel of the fabric. They are backed with incredibly soft fleece and filled with polyester fiberfill.

The owner of Happy Doodles takes great pride in her work and her company. I copied a post from her website I would like to share to show what a wonderful business women she is.

I love to support hard working moms, handmade products, items made in the USA, and companies with kids in mind. Happy Doodles fits all of the above!!!

What a fabulous gift idea! With Christmas right around the corner why not give someone the gift of supporting their imagination.

  3. The first creature my son Eli ever drew was a cat, but he's getting good at people now. I have the perfect drawing for this contest. When I was pregnant with our third child, Annelise (who is our first girl), he drew a picture of a lady with a baby in her belly and another person standing beside her. I thought the pregnant lady was me until he informed me it was grown-up Annelise with her baby in her belly, and Eli was standing beside her. A little while later he added his brother Samuel, so he wouldn't feel left out. Its my favorite picture, and hopefully an indication of how close my three kids will be throughout their lives!

  13. I love the idea of ones for hospital children. We spend quite a lot of time in hospitals with our FPIES and seizures. And my kids like to draw our family, which are circles with four limbs. <3 They're 4, 3, almost 2, and 9 months.
