Happy Family Organic Superfood Review And Giveaway

We recently attending a "Baby Loves Disco" event, which is like a kids dance party. They always have great vendors and activities for the kids. This year one of the featured companies was Happy Family.
We were handed a cup of "crazy crunches" which are freeze dried carrot & apple bites. To my surprise both my picky eater and my piggy eater chowed down, so much so that I had to go ask for more!
Any time I can get any veggie down I am one happy mommy! when they actually ask for seconds, you know you have a winner.

I was able to talk Happy Family into sending Nu and Nug more samples and OMG!!! the variety is amazing! We were sent several different boxes. Each box contains individual packages which are great for diaper bag snacks!!! I was also able to find a few other types at local stores to add to our Happy Times picnic with Nu, Nug and 2 friends.

Even Baby Yesenia got to participate, She loved her Happy Baby Pouch, Banana, Beets & Blueberry

The boys were the taste testers and we had lots to give. My oldest loved the freeze-dried yogurt bites, the youngest was all about the freeze dried carrots again and our buddy had a variety in his bowl and chowed down on all of them equally. My boys also like the sunflower butter and berry jam bites, they are like mini crunchy PB&J sandwiches with a taste of sunflower seeds.

We Also had a container of the organic puffs greens and all 3 of the boys added those to their bowl!

I personally tried the carrot orange apple chews which are healthy fruit snacks!

There is so many things I like about Happy Family!

- The packs are to-go/lunchbox/diaper bag ready!
- No artificial colors or flavoring
-No GMO's,
(I wasn't sure what that mean so my friend google informed me it stands for "generically
modified organisms" I don't know about you but you can leave those out please!)
-For each Happy Baby package you purchase, they partner with project peanut butter assists in
feeding malnourished children in Malawi and Sierra Leone.
- I like the note section on the back of the package, that would be a nice touch for school age kids to
get a note from home in their lunches.
There is such a variety of products from cereal to squeezes, from puffs to frozen meals! Be on the lookout next time you go to the store and see how many you can spot! I promise your kids will love them and you can be assured you are providing a healthy snack.

The Happy Family company has been generous enough to offer one lucky reader a HappyTimes prize pack!!!! See Rafflecopter below for entrance details.

Diamond Candle Review

Anyone looking for a unique, one of a kind gift for basically any occasion, Diamond candle would be a great choice!

The idea of Diamond Candles were created when a high school couple in the 1970's became engaged. The hubby to be went to the store to buy a gift bag and instead bought a candle, taa daaaa Diamond candles was born.

Each fragrant candle contains a ring that is worth at least $10 but could be worth $100, $1,000 or $5,000. The candles are made from grown in the US soy beans, which are all natural and earth friendly.

Nu and Nugs was sent the "Enchanted Forest" candle to review which is perfect for fall and the halloween season. The smell filled the room very quickly and the candle burned nice and slow! I would love to have one in each room and with all the different types the offer It would be very easy to pick 10 or so favorite.

He wanted to watch until the ring appeared

Masterpieces pinterest inspired wall

Here is the pinterest inspiration pin for our new "masterpieces" wall in the playroom. This project was super easy and really cheap! I think we paid around $20 for everything.

We bought all our supplies from Lowes. The board cost around $3.00 and hubby cut it into 2. The clips were around $3.00 a box of 4. We had black paint and the hardware used for the back.
The vinyl Masterpieces wording came from a local mom who's husband has a tinting shop, I got 2 sayings for around $20. (The other saying was the one I used in the hall wall project)

I painted the boards then used sandpaper to rough up the corners and edges. I used gorilla glue to attach the clips, which I don't really recommend. They slid around until they finally settled and I had to keep re positioning.

The clips

I started with this hardware but hubby suggested just drilling through the board into the wall so It wouldn't risk falling, so these were removed.

 Ta da!!!!

I love this because when they get older we could easily put a desk right under

Mobile Mommy Designs Review And Giveaway

Little boys are so cool!!! I do know that little girls are fun too, and their clothes are so cute, and their assessories are adorable and there is ribbon and lace and flowers and tule but little boys ROCK!.
Having 2 boys, and probably only having 2 boys, ive come to terms with the fact that tea parties and tu tus might never be in my imediate future. Ive accepted the fact that my floor will always be covered in miscellaneous wheeled items. This being said, two words, SUPERHERO CAPES!
That is to a boy what a tu tu is to a girl. Our oldest has a cape and poor little brother had cape envy. We would tie his blankie around his neck so he could play too, but it never stayed always frustrated the mini superhero. Well blankie no more becuase Nug now has his very own super cape. Thank you, thank you, thank you Mobile Mommy Designs.

How cute is the little mini Nug blond boy?? She can do different skin and hair colors to make your cape custom.

I dont think he could be any happier about his new cape!

The back of his cape with his very own superhero logo!

She Also makes girl capes, if you have a superhero Miss in your home.

There are a few different designs to choose from, if you dont see what your looking for just let her know and she can custom make something for you.

Another one of Mobile Mommys Great handmade products is her plush Eco-friendly dolls.

I love the superhero theme.

She also makes animal designs if your little one has a favorite animal or to match a nursery theme.

One of the most touching items I found in her shop is the pet memorial pillow. We lost our dear cat Tucker last week and tonight my oldest actually asked if we "could buy a parachute so Tucker could come home from heaven" I would definitely like to order him one of these so he has a little memory of him and a piece of him here with him.

Her baby crinkle toys are super cute!

Prices range from $8.00 to less than $20.00. She has such a variety of gifts you are sure to find a great gift option for the little ones in your life. I love the handmade aspect and of course the personalized touch. To see all the options from Mobile Mommy's shop, check  out her etsy shop here

Raspberry Creek Baby Clothes Bear Review And Giveaway

Yes I'm that mom, I have bins upon bins of clothes that I cant "bear" to get rid of. To me, making $.50 at a garage sale or consignment store isn't worth me getting rid of well, anything at this point. When my second son was born, it really hit me, I can remember occasions, dates, and events, when these little mini people clothes were worn. I can look at a outfit and remember taking a picture in that monster onsie, or blue stripped polo. I tell myself oh "ill hold onto it just in case we have another", or "maybe, so and so will have a boy" or the old, "ill give it to the grandkids" that are at least 20ish years away. Yes I own that I am a baby clothes hoarder!

With all that being said, I was beyond excited when I came across Raspberry Creeks etsy page (http://www.etsy.com/shop/RaspberryCreek).
She puts all these cute baby clothes to life, literarily, by turning them into adorable little bears!

I choose a few of Nugs memorable outfits and sent them her way. The little bear we got back was too cute for words!

Bear got to play trains

Hes getting kisses
And playing outside

She used 5 different onsies to create our bear friend.
He is super soft and perfect size for little Nug.

Thank you Maureen at Raspberry Creek for helping this baby clothes hoarder find a solution for the massive amount of baby clothes I can't let go of! It was wonderful working with you!

With the holidays right around the corner this would make a excellent Christmas gift. It would also be neat for older kids using school shirts or team uniforms.

You can visit Rasberry Creeks Etsy shop here
or her facebook page here

She also makes other items at her shop

Check out her etsy site & facebook page for product pictures, prices and descriptions. She can do custom work if there is something special you are looking for.
